Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy describes how paid subscriptions to Prism Cloud AI are activated, managed, upgraded, downgraded and cancelled. It supplements our Terms of Service, Billing Policy and Refund Policy.
1. What a subscription includes
A Prism Cloud AI subscription grants the named organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Services on the plan tier you selected for the duration of the paid term, including the monthly credit allowance, feature entitlements and seat count documented on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
2. Activation
Subscriptions activate immediately upon successful payment. The billing contact on the workspace receives an email confirmation containing the plan, billing cycle, renewal date and invoice link. Access to plan-gated features is unlocked within minutes of activation.
3. Term and renewal
Monthly subscriptions renew every calendar month; annual subscriptions renew every twelve (12) months. Renewals are automatic and processed against the payment method on file. You may switch between monthly and annual billing at any time; the change takes effect at the start of the next term.
4. Upgrades
You may upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. We charge a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current billing period and the new monthly credit allowance becomes available at once.
5. Downgrades
Downgrades to a lower-tier plan take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to the higher tier and its credit allowance until that date. Downgrading may reduce seat count, credit allowance and feature entitlements; please export any plan-gated artifacts before the downgrade takes effect.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel an active subscription at any time from the workspace settings or by emailing contact@prismcloud.app from the billing contact address. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal; your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid term and is not pro-rated. Refunds, if any, are governed by the Refund Policy.
7. Pausing
Annual customers may request a single subscription pause of up to ninety (90) days per term by writing to contact@prismcloud.app. The remaining term is extended by the length of the pause. Monthly subscriptions cannot be paused — cancel and resubscribe instead.
8. Trials and promotional access
From time to time we offer free trials, extended trials or promotional discounts. Trial terms — duration, included credits and conversion behaviour — are disclosed at sign-up. At the end of a trial, the subscription converts to the corresponding paid plan unless cancelled before the conversion date.
9. Seat and workspace management
Each plan includes a defined number of seats. Workspace owners can invite, remove and reassign seats from the dashboard. Adding seats beyond the included count incurs a pro-rated charge for the remainder of the current term and renews at the new seat count.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a subscription for non-payment, material breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, or to comply with applicable law. Wherever possible we will notify the billing contact in advance and provide a reasonable opportunity to cure the issue.
11. Effect of termination
On termination, access to the Services ends, plan-gated features are disabled and the workspace enters a 30-day grace window during which the billing contact may export data. After the grace window, customer content is permanently deleted from production systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to billing contacts at least thirty (30) days before they take effect and reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
