Billing Policy

This Billing Policy describes how Prism Cloud, Corp. invoices, charges and administers paid subscriptions to Prism Cloud AI. It supplements our Terms of Service and Subscription Policy.

1. Plans and pricing

Prism Cloud AI is offered on three tiers — Starter, Pro and Agency — each available with monthly or annual billing. Current pricing, included credits and feature entitlements are listed on the pricing section of prismcloud.app and form part of your agreement with us at the time of purchase.

2. Currency

All prices are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise on the invoice. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank will perform the conversion at its prevailing exchange rate; we do not control those rates or any associated fees.

3. Payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely by Stripe. Agency-tier customers may request invoiced billing with payment by ACH or wire transfer on Net 30 terms, subject to a signed order form.

4. Billing cycles

Monthly plans are charged in advance on the calendar day of the month corresponding to the subscription start date. Annual plans are charged in advance on the anniversary of the subscription start date. If your billing day does not exist in a given month (for example, the 31st), the charge runs on the last day of that month.

5. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current list price for your plan unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal reminders are sent by email at least seven (7) days before an annual renewal.

6. Failed payments

If a charge fails, we will retry the payment up to three (3) times over a ten (10) day window and notify the billing contact by email. If the payment is not collected within the retry window, the workspace is downgraded to read-only access until the balance is settled. Workspaces remaining in read-only for more than thirty (30) days may be archived.

7. Taxes

Stated prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, levies or duties. Where Prism Cloud is required to collect sales tax, VAT, GST or similar taxes, they will be added to the invoice and shown as a separate line item. Customers are responsible for any withholding taxes imposed by their jurisdiction.

8. Invoices and receipts

PDF invoices and receipts are emailed automatically to the billing contact after every successful charge and are also available from the dashboard. Customers may update their billing contact, tax ID and invoice address at any time from the workspace settings.

9. Price changes

We may adjust list prices from time to time. Existing paid subscriptions are protected from price increases for the remainder of the current billing term. Material price changes affecting future renewals will be communicated by email at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.

10. Credits and overage

Each plan includes a fixed monthly allowance of pipeline run credits. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Customers who exceed the monthly allowance may purchase add-on credit packs or upgrade to a higher tier. Add-on credits expire twelve (12) months from purchase if unused.

11. Disputes

If you believe an invoice is incorrect, contact contact@prismcloud.app within thirty (30) days of the invoice date with the invoice ID and a description of the dispute. Undisputed amounts remain due on the original schedule.
