Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how Prism Cloud, Corp. ("Prism Cloud", "we", "us") issues refunds for paid subscriptions to Prism Cloud AI. It applies to all customers on the Starter, Pro and Agency plans, billed monthly or annually, purchased directly through prismcloud.app.
1. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you are a new customer on a paid plan and you are not satisfied with the Services for any reason, you may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of your first paid charge. We will refund 100% of the charge to the original payment method and cancel the subscription immediately. The guarantee applies once per organization and only to the first paid invoice.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable after the 7-day guarantee window. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation stops the next renewal and you retain access to the paid plan until the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for twelve (12) months at a discounted rate. After the 7-day guarantee window, annual plans are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-term, you retain access to the paid plan until the end of the prepaid term and no further charges are made. In limited cases — material undelivered functionality, prolonged platform outage attributable to us, or a documented billing error — we may issue a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
4. One-time credit packs
Pre-purchased credit packs and add-on credit bundles are non-refundable once redeemed. Unredeemed packs may be refunded within thirty (30) days of purchase by emailing contact@prismcloud.app.
5. Duplicate or accidental charges
If you were charged in error — duplicate invoice, charge after confirmed cancellation, or an amount inconsistent with your plan — contact contact@prismcloud.app with the invoice ID. Confirmed billing errors are refunded in full within ten (10) business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card network. Almost every billing question can be resolved within one business day by email. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension of the workspace pending resolution.
7. How to request a refund
Email contact@prismcloud.app from the address on file for the billing contact, include your organization name, the invoice ID and a brief reason for the request. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Bank processing times may add up to an additional week.
8. Taxes and fees
Refunds are issued net of any non-recoverable third-party fees (for example, currency conversion or payment-processor fees). Where applicable sales tax or VAT was collected, the tax portion is refunded in line with local tax rules.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to billing contacts at least thirty (30) days before they take effect and reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
